hi,i am planning to go canada as a student.if i show my intention is to study and sattle in canada when i will apply for study permit,can i do that?

You need to start studying there first.
There is a whole section on studying in Canada under the Canada & Immigration tab:

There is even a school finder tool.

Remember that the tuition for international students is very expensive.

After I read many times about this issue from different websites including the official Canadian site about Immigration, I came to know that It Is Not recommended to show that - Keep for yourself for the time being.

You have to convince immigration officer with your application and during the interview if you will have one, that you will be going back to your country after the study.
