Hi Friends,
I am from India....Working as a Regional Sales Manager in Pharma Co. My experience and qulification is matching the National Occupation List of Canada. I am very much interested to immigrate canada as PR. Only thing I have to arrange the employment. I heard that some atornys are getting you Job Offer letter from Canadian employer by paying some money and also HRDC approval. Is it true? How worth it is to go with such atorneys? It involves lots of money and risk.... Please advice and suggest me onether way to immigrate.

If your occupation is on the list of in-demand occupations (the NOC 38 list) you do not need arranged employment as long as you have 67 points.

Arranged Employment Opinion AEO) is a valid way to immigrate also - be advised though - an AEO is an "indeterminate job offer". You are under no obligation to accept the job when you arrive in Canada; and the employer sponsoring the AEO is under no obligation to hire you when you arrive.
It is consistent with Canadian Law - a company can withdraw a job offer until you arrive for work, and they accept you as an employee. If you are looking for a guaranteed job, then that would involve a contract, and result in a Work Permit - not Permanent Residency.
