Hi All,

I am planning to go to a university in Quebec for MBA next year and plan to settle there permanently after graduation, they happen to offer most favorable conditions for an international student. I have been through their requirements of applying for a CSQ as an international student and sort of get stuck at one little thing. Can you guys please do me a favor and go to

<http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/students/stay-quebec/application-csq/students-quebec/when-where-submit.html>

and specify what you think the below statement means:

"meet all the conditions of this certificate and permit; "

I am confused if they are refering to the conditions on this page only or are there some more conditions to be satisfied.

Will appreciate your response.

* have come to Québec with the primary goal of studying here and hold a Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ) for studies and a valid study permit, unless exempted by regulation;

* meet all the conditions of this certificate and permit;

Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ) for studies and a valid study permit,

That is what it means...you need to have the above.
good luck!
