Canada is a land of opportunities. The government operates free economy and support initiatives to create jobs. While it is always good to work in paid employment, it is far better to "be your own boss". It affords you plenty of time for your family and allows you to do or engage in activities that you love. Of course it requires a lot of hard work but the success is very rewarding and far better than being in paid employment.
