He should also start checking the requirements for getting a license in his field in Canada. He can inmmigrate as skilled worker but he need to do the labor market research and acreditation so he can get a job in his field and then be able to immigrate to Canada. He can also start posting his resume at www.nexus-jobs.com in the jobseeker section. They also offer for a fee to match you and get you an interview with potential employers.
